ANNEXURE (70) XVI. Bank guarantee for construction of building by managements Of non-government secondary schools running junior college classes. The bank guarantee scheme for the construction of school buildings made applicable to secondary schools under government resolution, education department, No. SSN. 1170/31184-W, dated 6 th January 1971, should be extended to buildings proposed to be newly constructed or to the work of extension of existing buildings for the purpose of accommodating exclusively the junior college classes.
