Rent
of School Building
It has been decided that the rent of the school
building for the purpose of annual grant-in-aid payable to the schools should
be determined on the strength of a certificate from the executive engineer
concerned showing the cost of the school building, inclusive of the cost of the
material received free, free labour, etc. (and not on the valuation certificate
of the building).
