ANNEXURE (29)

[Vide Rule 2]

District committee for consideration of applications for opening

secondary schools

A district committee to consider the applications received from private agencies and local bodies for the opening of secondary schools, would consist of: -

(1)   The chairman of the education committee of the zilla parishad;

(2)   The education officer of the zilla parishad; and

(3)   A member of the secondary and higher secondary education nominated by that board.

(Government letter No. SSN-3867-E, dated the 27^th December 1967, addressed to the secretaries of divisional boards of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education).
