ANNEXURE (3)
Service in other states for pay fixation
purposes
Government
is pleased to direct that the previous service put in by a teacher in approved
schools in the areas of the former Bombay state and in the areas of other
stateswhich now from part of the Maharashtra state should be counted for
purposes of fixation of pay subject to the condition that the pay to be granted
on appointment in a school in this state should be the last pay drawn in the
scales of pay existing in those states or the pay admissible in this state by
counting the previous service, whichever is less.
