Eligibility of higher pay scale when the qualifications have been
obtained without taking
prior permission
If the employee appears for the examination without
permission from the management, it is breach of discipline and suitable action
can be taken by the management against him. But if he is continued in service
after taking such action will be eligible for pay according to qualifications,
provided there is a vacancy of a trained graduate teacher.
